I just want someone who won't 

get annoyed when I text them six 

times or in all caps. Someone I can 

go on long drives with and can 

sing along to the radio with. 

Someone I can eat pizza with at 

2am and kiss at 6pm. Someone 

who chooses me every day and 

never thinks twice about it. 

I won't beg someone to love me.

I learned long ago that there is no use in 

hopeless pleas of trying to make 

someone stay. I am too good to chase 

someone who does not know my worth 

and I am too wild to keep waiting for 

someone who doesn't acknowledge my 

value. 

I want to be loved unconditionally. I

shouldn't have to fight so hard for it. I 

do not have the time to prove to 

someone that I am worth it. I shouldn't 

have to prove any of that, I am worth 

more than that. 

A good man is not 

interested in your money. 

What he wants from you

is your time, loyalty, love, 

and commitment. 

Any man can take a good man, 

treat him well, and live happily ever 

after. But only a select few can 

take a broken man with a 

troubled past or present and show 

him what real love is. 

Build him up to the point where 

he feels as if only he truly 

understands him.

Happiness is waking up in 

the middle of the night and 

feeling the warmth of the 

person you love next to you. 

Be with someone 

who sees the wars 

within you and not 

only chooses to stay, 

but chooses to stand 

by your side and help 

you fight them. 

Faithful men 

will give you so much of 

their attention, you might 

start thinking it's because 

they have no other option. 

Truth is they have plenty, 

they just don't want to 

entertain the thought of 

anyone else. 

Until you're broken, 

you don't know what 

you're made of. It 

gives you the ability 

to build yourself all 

over again, but 

stronger than ever. 

Men get to a point 

in their life when it's 

not about sex anymore, 

it's about having a 

good man to love, trust, 

and have his back. 

Be with someone who you don't have to 

hide from, in any way. Whether it's your 

morning face before you've put your 

makeup on, an embarrassing story to tell, 

about something that happened on your 

way home, or an ambition you've had 

since you were slx... 

Make sure you end up with someone who 

knows all of it and still loves you. A person 

you can tell your life to is a person worth 

spending a life with.

Prayers and Dreams

This past few weeks have been a realization that the subject matter can come true.

You came into my life, whether by accident or intention.  How or why then didn't matter,  it was the time my future was revealed, oblivious as I was to what I was seeing.  

The moments of the past stayed in the past, until the past caught up to the present and set in motion our future. 

How, why, when, is not for us to know,  only to move forward with the moment given. 

Moving forward with you babe is the decision of fate, moving forward with you is still unbelievable at times, but snaps to reality when I see your smile, or hear your voice. 

Proudly I will say yes,  we are together,  yes we are our future,  yes, I will be yours.
